POP MUSIC SUDDENLY SEEMS TO BE GETTING VERY OLD
While I can't stand the Bee Gees, and I've always thought they were arses, it's sad to see Maurice Gibb go. But will he only be remember as "the bloke who married Lulu"? When Bowie croaks it, will his obituaries contain the line "he nobbed Lulu once"?
Much more sad and touching for me personally is the death of T Rex's Mickey Finn. I love T Rex. Got nothing else to add really. I just love T Rex.
And Pete Townshend. You're a tosser. I never liked you, and now. God, you always pissed me off.
I have to think of happy things now.
This'll do. Ahhh, good memories.

MAXIMUM LIBERTINAGE
So Ver 'Tines were on T4 this very morning. But what was the miming all about? Come along Peter, must try harder my boy.
Tune in to Top Of The Pops this week to see, as nice Vernon put it, "greasy hair, dirty fingers and..". Actually, I forget what else he said. It was quite funny though. So yeah, watch it!
*did you see the stylish kids in the riot...*
